Move Out/In Checklist
ALL ROOMS:
o Dust and wipe down all surfaces
o Wipe down all outlets, and light switches
o Wipe down doors
o Remove cobwebs
o Spot clean walls
o Clean baseboards
o Clean blinds
o Clean windows & windowsills
o Clean door jams
o Dust a/c and heater wall units
o Clean laundry closet
o Ceiling fans
o Vacuum / mop floors
BATHROOMS:
o Dust and wipe down all surfaces
o Wipe down all outlets, and light switches
o Clean/Sanitize toilet, shower, tub, counter tops and sink (removing all debris/hair)
o Shine Faucet/Metal Fixtures
o Clean/Shine Mirrors
o Wipe down doors
o Clean windows & windowsills
o Clean blinds
o Clean interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers
o Clean baseboards
o Clean light fixtures
o Vacuum / mop floor
KITCHEN:
o Dust all surfaces
o Wipe down all outlets, and light switches
o Clean/Sanitize counter tops and sink
o Interior/Exterior of appliances cleaned including stainless steel
o Hood above stove
o Clean interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers
o Clean baseboards
o Clean out pantry
o Run dishwasher with bleach
o Clean windows & windowsills
o Clean blinds
o Vacuum / mop floor
